Note:

• Maximum three people; including children of 5 to 12 years of age; are permitted to accommodate in one room.
• Charges for extra mattress Rs.500/- per day subject to availability of the mattress.
• Room charges are on 24 Hrs. check-in check-out basis.
• Proper approval from Director/ Dean (I&S)/Registrar will be required for accommodation of guests in Premium room*. All such requests will be routed through Officer in-charge GH.
• Transit accommodation for new faculty/ staff joining the Institute would be governed by the OM No. IITMANDI/RS-93/2023 dated 02.08.2023 (as amended from time to time).
• GST extra as applicable on room tariff.
