Notification

On the approval of the competent authority, the following Construction Progress and Quality Monitoring Committee (CPQMC) has been constituted.

1. Dr. Ashutosh Kumar, Assistant Professor (SCENE) - Chair
2. Dr. Thainswemong Choudhury, Assistant Professor (SCENE) - Member
3. Dr. Anshu Bamney, Assistant Professor (SCENE) -  Member
4. Er. Vijay Sharma, Superintending Engineer - Member Secretary     

Scope: To monitor the overall progress and quality of the ongoing and planned constructions under HEFA loan across the campus and the campus unification road project. The committee will submit a monthly update to Dean (I&S) based on site visits and observed physical progress. Construction division will facilitate the site visits and coordination with the PMCs for sharing necessary documentation and information to monitor the progress and quality.

Tenure: Two years from the date of this notification.
