Title: Reconstitution of E-procurement (E-tendering) Committee under Construction Division
NOTIFICATION
In partial modification of the E-procurement (E-tendering) Committee under Construction Division notified vide O.M. No. IITMandi/DINFRA/Notf./2021/01/2818-2823, dated 16.09.2021, Assistant Registrar (A&L) would be the member of the E-procurement (E-tendering) Committee instead of Deputy Registrar (A&L). In addition to this, the mandate of the Committee is also extended to include as per the S&P rules Sr. No. 5 (c) and 5(d).
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
