Title: Write off and disposal of obsolete/unserviceable items of Health Center
NOTIFICATION
As per provisions of S&P Rules {21(A) & (B)}, on recommendations dated 16-12-2021 submitted by the duly constituted Technical Committee, the CFA has approved to write off and disposal of obsolete/unserviceable items of Health Centre listed as per (Annexure-A) placed along with this notification.
All concerned to note the same and S&P section is requested to write off the items from the Central Stock Register.
