Notification
On the approval of the competent authority, the following committee has been constituted to review the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between IIT Mandi and CPWD signed on 4th July 2023. The said MoU pertains to the development of new assets of IIT Mandi at Kamand, Himachal Pradesh.

The Committee will also review the communications between IIT Mandi and CPWD to assess the delay in the balance work under HEFA loan of ₹333.72 crore and submit its recommendation on the possibilities of withdrawing the balance work from CPWD as per terms & conditions of the MoU.
The Committee shall submit its report to the Director, IIT Mandi within 14 days from the date of notification.
