NOTIFICATION

On the approval of the Competent Authority, the following condition is introduced in the Notice Inviting Tender henceforth.

“The bid of the bidders who have been penalized for delayed completion by IIT Mandi for 3 times or more during the last 3 years preceding to the date of invitation of tender shall be rejected at the level of technical evaluation itself”.

The mechanism will be devised to discourage bidders (carrying out the infrastructure and services works at IIT Mandi) from delaying the works. The tender condition will be included in the technical evaluation stage in all the tenders from the date of issuing of this notification.
