सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन के परिणामस्वरूप, आईआईटी मंडी और इसकी संबद्ध कंपनियों के पूर्व छात्रों, कंपनियों के सीएसआर प्रमुखों और परोपकारियों के साथ संचार के लिए एक मानकीकृत प्रक्रिया तय की गई है, जिसमें डोरा कार्यालय संस्थान और इसकी संबद्ध कंपनियों की ओर से सभी संचार के लिए संपर्क के अधिकृत एकल बिंदु के रूप में काम करेगा। 

प्रयासों के दोहराव को कम करने और संपर्क की जा रही एजेंसियों को एक चेहरा प्रदान करने के लिए, अब से, धन उगाहने, सीएसआर गतिविधियों और दान से संबंधित मामलों में पूर्व छात्रों, कंपनियों के सीएसआर प्रमुखों और परोपकारी लोगों के साथ संवाद करने का इरादा रखने वाले किसी भी अनुभाग या विभाग को डीओआरए कार्यालय के माध्यम से अपने संचार को रूट करना होगा।

Consequent upon approval of the Competent Authority, a standardized procedures for communications of IIT Mandi and its allied companies with Alumni, CSR Head of the Companies, and Philanthropists has been formulated wherein the DORA Office will serve as an authorized single point of contact for all the communications on behalf of the Institute and its allied companies. 

To reduce the duplication of efforts and to provide a single face to the agencies being contacted, henceforth, any section or department intending to communicate with the Alumni, CSR Head of the Companies, and Philanthropists in matters related to fundraising, CSR activities, and donations, shall enroute their communications through the DORA Office.
