यह सूचित करने के लिए है कि डोरा कार्यालय के माध्यम से प्राप्त कोई भी परियोजना, चाहे वह सीएसआर के अंतर्गत हो या किसी अन्य श्रेणी में, प्रायोजक एजेंसी से प्रारंभिक स्वीकृति आदेश जारी होने के बाद या प्रायोजक एजेंसी के साथ समझौता ज्ञापन / समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर करने के बाद एक परियोजना संख्या दी जाएगी। परियोजना संख्या का प्रारूप होगा: IITM / DORA / प्रायोजक एजेंसी के नाम के प्रारंभिक अक्षर / PI के नाम के प्रारंभिक अक्षर / एक संख्यात्मक मान। 

इस संख्या का आंतरिक प्रक्रियाओं जैसे खरीद, भुगतान, प्रतिपूर्ति, भर्ती आदि के लिए उपयोग किया जाएगा, जो संबंधित परियोजना से संबंधित हैं।

This is to notify that any project received through the DORA Office, whether under CSR or any other category, will be assigned a Project Number upon the issuance of the initial sanction order from the sponsoring agency or the signing of the MoU/agreement with the sponsoring agency. The Project Number will follow the format: IITM / DORA / Initials of the Name of Sponsoring Agency / Initials of the Name of PI / a Numeric Value. 

This number will be used internally for processes such as purchases, payments, reimbursements, recruitments, etc., associated with the respective project.
