सक्षम प्राधिकारी की स्वीकृति के पश्चात, ईसीई इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड द्वारा प्रदत्त दान राशि को एक निश्चित जमा (Fixed Deposit) के रूप में रखने एवं उससे अर्जित आय के उपयुक्त उपयोग को सुनिश्चित करने हेतु निम्नलिखित ईसीई छात्रवृत्ति कार्यान्वयन समिति (ECE Scholarship Committee for Execution - CE) का गठन किया जाता है। यह समिति छात्रवृत्ति दिशानिर्देशों में उल्लिखित शर्तों और नियमों के अनुपालन में एन्डोमेंट फंड से अर्जित आय के उचित उपयोग को सुनिश्चित करेगी।

Consequent upon the approval of the competent authority, the following ECE Scholarship Committee for Execution (CE) has been constituted to ensure proper utilization of the income generated from the endowment fund, generously donated by ECE Industries Limited. The committee shall ensure compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the scholarship guidelines (attached).

समिति की जिम्मेदारियां / Responsibilities of the Committee:

1. एंडोमेंट फंड से अर्जित आय के उपयोग की निगरानी करना, जिसमें अप्रयुक्त आय का पुनर्निवेश भी शामिल है।
   To oversee the utilization of income earned from the endowment fund, including reinvestment of unutilized income.

2. लाभार्थियों के चयन हेतु मानदंडों का विकास और समय-समय पर समीक्षा करना।
   To develop and periodically review criteria for selecting beneficiaries.

3. जरूरतमंद एवं योग्य छात्रों को छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान करना।
   To award scholarships to needy and eligible students.

4. फंड निवेश की वार्षिक समीक्षा करना और इष्टतम आवंटन के लिए रणनीति सुझाना।
   To conduct an annual review of fund investments and recommend strategies for optimal allocation.

5. छात्रवृत्ति दिशानिर्देशों में उल्लिखित शर्तों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करना।
   To ensure compliance with the terms outlined in the scholarship guidelines.

समिति अधिष्ठाता (Dean), संसाधन निर्माण एवं भूतपूर्व छात्र संबंध (Resource Generation & Alumni Relations) को रिपोर्ट करेगी। समिति का कार्यकाल आदेश की तारीख से दो वर्ष अथवा अगले आदेश तक (जो भी पहले हो) प्रभावी रहेगा।
 

The committee will report to the Dean (Resource Generation & Alumni Relations). The tenure of the committee will be for two years from the date of order or until further notice, whichever is earlier.
