कार्यालय ज्ञापन / OFFICE MEMORANDUM
सक्षम प्राधिकरण की स्वीकृति के पश्चात, यह सूचित किया जाता है कि निम्नलिखित मौजूदा "कार्य कार्यान्वयन समिति (सीई)" जिसे कार्यालय ज्ञापन संख्या IITMandi/DORA/OM/2024-25/07 दिनांक 11-02-2025 (संलग्न) के माध्यम से गठित किया गया है, को हस्ताक्षरित समझौते/अनुबंध के मानदंडों/मार्गदर्शिकाओं के अनुपालन में सभी विदेशी दान (डोरा कार्यालय के माध्यम से प्राप्त) की देखभाल करने के लिए अधिकृत किया जाता है।
Consequent upon the approval of the competent authority, it is hereby notified that the existing “Committee of Execution (CE)” constituted vide Office Memorandum No. IITMandi/DORA/OM/2024-25/07 dated 11-02-2025 (attached), has been authorized to look after all the Foreign Donations (received through the DORA Office) in compliance with the norms/guidelines as stipulated in the signed MoUs/Agreements.
सीई की अवधि, भूमिकाएँ और ज़िम्मेदारियाँ अपरिवर्तित रहेंगी और डोरा कार्यालय के माध्यम से प्राप्त सभी विदेशी दान पर लागू होंगी, जब तक अन्यथा सूचित नहीं किया जाता।
The tenure, roles, and responsibilities of the CE shall remain unchanged and apply to all foreign donations received through the DORA Office, unless otherwise notified.
