OFFICE MEMORANDUM

In continuation of Office Memorandum No. IITMandi/DORA/2023/16 dated 29.09.2023, the tenure of the following Secretaries and Joint Secretaries of the IIT Mandi Alumni Chapters (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, and Europe), has been extended for another period of six months w.e.f. 01/10/2025 or till further orders, with the approval of the Competent Authority:

1. Mr. Dhruv Patel – Secretary, IIT Mandi Hyderabad Alumni Chapter
2. Mr. Abhijeet Manhas* – Joint Secretary, IIT Mandi Hyderabad Alumni Chapter
3. Mr. Mohit Kumar Malhotra – Secretary, IIT Mandi Bangalore Alumni Chapter
4. Mr. Shreyas Bapat – Joint Secretary, IIT Mandi Bangalore Alumni Chapter
5. Mr. Tushar Dublish – Secretary, IIT Mandi Delhi-NCR Alumni Chapter
6. Dr. Yashika Arora – Joint Secretary, IIT Mandi Delhi-NCR Alumni Chapter
7. Mr. Prashant Kumar – Secretary, IIT Mandi Europe Alumni Chapter
8. Dr. Medha Kumar – Joint Secretary, IIT Mandi Europe Alumni Chapter

The extension is granted in recognition of their significant contributions and the praiseworthy work they did for the alumni engagements.

Mr. Abhijeet Manhas (B.Tech CSE, 2022) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, IIT Mandi Hyderabad Alumni Chapter, in place of Mr. Akash Sharma. The services rendered by Mr. Akash Sharma are highly appreciated and placed on record.

कार्यालय ज्ञापन सं. भा.प्रौ.स.मंडी/डोरा/2023/16 दिनांक 29.09.2023 के अनुक्रम में यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान मंडी के एलुमनी चैप्टर्स (हैदराबाद, बैंगलोर, दिल्ली-एनसीआर और यूरोप) के निम्नलिखित सचिवों एवं संयुक्त सचिवों के कार्यकाल को एक और छह माह की अवधि के लिए 01/10/2025 से प्रभावी या अगले आदेश तक, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की स्वीकृति से विस्तारित किया जाता है:

2. श्री अभिजीत मनहास* – संयुक्त सचिव, आईआईटी मंडी हैदराबाद एलुमनी चैप्टर

4. श्री श्रेयस बापट – संयुक्त सचिव, आईआईटी मंडी बैंगलोर एलुमनी चैप्टर

श्री अभिजीत मनहास (बी.टेक, कंप्यूटर साइंस एवं इंजीनियरिंग, 2022) को आईआईटी मंडी हैदराबाद एलुमनी चैप्टर के संयुक्त सचिव के रूप में श्री आकाश शर्मा के स्थान पर नियुक्त किया गया है। श्री आकाश शर्मा द्वारा प्रदान की गई सेवाओं की अत्यधिक सराहना की जाती है और उन्हें औपचारिक रूप से अभिलेखित किया जाता है।
