Reg: Reporting of staff at Dean (Students) Office.
On approval of the Competent Authority the following staff in the Office of Dean (Students) will report as under:

Mr. Pavin Samuel, Junior Superintendent will report to the Chief Warden for all hostel matters.

Mr. Vinod Kumar, Assistant Library Information Officer will report to Chair - SAP for all Students Gymkhana matters.
They will continue to support the Deanery as earlier, however their reporting will be as above.
