Subject: NOC for outside employment in r/o Non- Teaching Staff at the institute - Reg.
On the recommendations of the ISC in its meeting held on 16.07.2023, the Competent Authority has approved the following:
- No objection Certificate for outside employment is hereby restricted upto one year from the date of initial joining at the institute. In case of tendering of resignation, terminal benefits are to be ceased.
- Relocation Allowance, if taken have to be recovered in case the non-teaching staff leaves the Institute prior to 3 years from the date of joining.
- Utilization of free Guest House Facility, if any may be recovered from non-teaching staff members.
