The Competent Authority has been pleased to Constitute the following Standing Review Committee to consider Probation Confirmation of Non-Teaching Staff recruited on Probation at the Institute.
i. For Group “A” & above

Confirmation of Service of employee appointed on Probation may be considered subject to the following:
i. Prior to scheduling the review of the employee, a brief write-up about the work assignments allotted to the employee and comments of the Reporting Officer on her/his working be sought to evaluate her/his performance.
ii. The employee facing any disciplinary action/ICC case/Conduct related issues will not be considered for probation clearance.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
