OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Continuation of Services as Advisor (F&A) & Financial Authorization in r/o Sh. J. R. Sharma.
Approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed for utilization of services of Sh. J. R. Sharma as Officer In-charge of Finance & Accounts Section whereby he is authorized to take up charge of Finance and Accounts Section (temporarily) and to sign all financial instruments, to handle all log-in accounts and to take over all the responsibilities handled by DR (F&A) till further orders.
Other terms and conditions of the services will remain same as prescribed in the letter No. IITMANDI/SEL_Advisor/2021/4615-4621 dated 10.12.2021.
