The undersigned is to convey that the Competent Authority has been pleased to approve the implementation of the Government of India order on the enhancement of the rate of Dearness Allowance (DA) issued vide Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, Office Memorandum No.1/1/2020-E-II (B) dated 20th July 2021, communicated by Ministry of Education vide F.No.39-2/2016 TS I dated 6th August 2021.
Accordingly, the rate of Dearness Allowance payable to Institute Employees (on pay levels) shall be enhanced from the existing 17% to 28% of the Basic Pay as per pay matrix with effect from 1st July 2021.
