Title: INSTITUTE REVENUE GENERATION (IRG)
NOTIFICATION
The competent authority, based on the recommendations of the ISC meeting held on 16.07.2023, has approved the following with immediate effect in respect of funds generated by the institute under the head Institute Revenue Generation (IRG):-
- Funds collected through all external and internal sources may be accounted under IRG of the institute.
- No expenditure will be met out of IRG on account of recurring/non recurring expenditure by the School/Deanery/Research Centre. All requirements of funds will be met out of the budget allocated to the School/Deanery/Research Centre.
- Internal Revenue (IRG) generated at the level of Deanery/School/Research Centre will not be re-appropriated at their end.
- IRG will be reserved and managed centrally for repayment of HEFA term loan, necessary infrastructure development and to meet emergency requirements with the approval of the competent authority.
