The Competent Authority has been pleased to approve the allocation of additional grant of Rs. One Lakh to each faculty member in every five-year span for the replacement of old office equipment (laptops, desktops, printers, or tablets) exceeding life of five years or more and purchased from the Institute Funds. The expenditure for such replacement must be incurred well before 15th February in the respective Financial Year.

Procurement should be made according the purchase rules.This initiative aims to ensure that all faculty members have access to the necessary tools to enhance their teaching and academic deliverables.
