The Competent Authority has approved the constitution of following Committee to draft Tender document, evaluation and opening of Bid & recommendations to hire a Public Relations Agency :

Mr. Parminder Jit Gill, AR (S&P)                         :  Chair

Mr. C. L.Sharma, AR (Audit)                               :  Member

Ms. Chandan Sharma, Junior Superintendent        : Member Secretary

The Committee will come into force with immediate effect and submit its recommendation to the Registrar.
