The Competent Authority has been pleased to approve the cost of IIT Mandi Souvenir items to be issued to the Workshops/Colloquiums in-charge. The cost will be charged from respective Workshops/Colloquiums funds as per the following rates:

1. A ledger account will be opened in Accounts section to maintain the PRC Souvenir account. All revenue collected and expenditure made for procurement of Souvenir will be booked in PRC ledger account.

2. In charge, PRC will create a Souvenir requisition form. The requirements of Souvenir items will be sent to PRC by the faculty In-charge in the Souvenir requisition form.

3. The Accounts section will debit the School/ Unit/ Project account based on the instructions given in the Souvenir requisition form and credit the revenue in PRC Ledger Account.

4. The PRC account will be reviewed quarterly to check the status of revenue & expenditure on the Institute Souvenirs.
