                                                                   विषय: हिंदी में काम करने की आपकी दक्षता बढ़ाने हेतु व्यक्तिगत प्रशिक्षण

राजभाषा हिन्दी के प्रचार-प्रसार को बढ़ाने के लिए, आपके अधिष्ठाता/ स्कूल/ केंद्र/ प्रयोगशाला/ विभाग/ प्रभाग/ अनुभाग/ प्रकोष्ठ आदि के कार्यालयों में संस्थान का हिंदी प्रकोष्ठ आपके डेस्क पर ही हिंदी में काम करने की आपकी दक्षता बढ़ाने हेतु व्यक्तिगत प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करेगा।

इस पहल का उद्देश्य हमारे संकाय, अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को उनके आधिकारिक कार्यों में हिंदी का प्रभावी ढंग से उपयोग करने में सहायता करना है। प्रशिक्षण सत्र योजनाबद्ध तरीके से आयोजित किए जाएंगे, जिसमें हिंदी प्रकोष्ठ द्वारा दिनांक 3 जून से 30 जून, 2024 तक अलग-अलग तिथियों पर विभिन्न कार्यालयों का दौरा किया जाएगा।

अतः सभी संकाय सदस्यों, अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों से अनुरोध है कि वे हिंदी प्रकोष्ठ के कर्मियों के साथ सहयोग करें और इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने के लिए सक्रिय रूप से भाग लें।

                                                                   Subject: Personal Training for Enhancing Proficiency in Hindi

In order to promote the use of Hindi as the Official Language, the Hindi Cell of our Institute will be offering personalized training sessions at your desk. This initiative aims to enhance your proficiency in using Hindi for Official purposes, right at your office space in your respective Dean's office/ Schools/ Centre/ Laboratories/ Departments/ Divisions/ Sections/ Cells.

The primary objective of this initiative is to assist our Faculty Members, Officers, and Staff in effectively utilizing Hindi in their official duties. These training sessions will be systematically organized, with the Hindi Cell visiting various offices from 3rd June to 30 June 2024, on different dates.

It is request all Faculty Members, Officers, and Staff to cooperate with the personnel from the Hindi Cell and actively participate in this training program to ensure its success.
