This is informed to all of you that a letter of Office Memorandum No. 15010-20167 Ra.Bha.A. has been received from the Govt. of India, Ministry of Human Resource, Official Division of Higher Education Department on dated 5 July, 2016.  According to this letter, advertisement in Hindi should be given in Hindi newspaper as well as  advertisement in English language should be given in English newspaper. In English newspaper at the end of the English advertisement this is to be specifically mentioned that Hindi translation of this notification/advertisement/ corrigendum of the circular is also available on the website. A  link of the same should also be given.

Besides this the compliance of the issued orders of related Hindi advertisement of the Home Ministry,  Official Language Department should be ensured. This notification is issued prior approval of the competent authority.
