In compliance with the information received from the Technical Examiner, CVC as per para 6.1 of Architects Professional guidelines of Council of Architecture wherein architect is required to indemnify the client against losses and damages incurred by the client through the acts of the Architect and shall take out and maintain a Professional indemnity Insurance Policy, as may be mutually agreed between the Architect and the Client with Nationalized Insurance Company or any other recognized Insurance Company by paying a requisite premium. For all future architect project aforesaid provision alongwith all the guidelines referred in Architect Professional Guidelines of Council of Architect should be followed.
