The Notification F. No. IIT Mandi/Admn/RS-78/2014/2539-40 dated 24.04.2014 referred above may be read as under:
On the recommendations of the Institute Standing Committee in its meeting held on 08.04.2014 the Chairman BoG has been pleased to approve that for Purchase/Works up to the financial limit of Dean (I&S), the Store & Purchase Rules dated 24th Dec, 2013 will apply.
This will come into force with immediate effect.
