Title: Notification regarding guidelines for booking of Community Centre for Official as well as personal use
On the recommendations of the Deans Committee in its meeting held on 02.08.2017, the Competent Authority has approved the following guidelines for booking of Community Centre of the Institute for Official as well as personal use by the Institute employees;
The Community Center has one big hall, which will be rented out for use of the IIT Mandi community only.
Booking charges for Community Center;
- Club members for Personal and family events (Birthdays, etc) Rs.100/- per hour
- Booking for other events (Farewells, welcome, non-member family events, etc) Rs.200/per hour.
- Institute events such as Graduation dinner, etc Rs.300/- per hour
- Exhibitions/Conferences/Road Shows related to IIT Rs.500/- per hour
The collected amount will be deposited in the Faculty-Staff club bank account.
This will come into force with immediate effect.
