On the recommendations of the Deans Committee in its meeting held on 02.08.2017, the Competent Authority has approved the following guidelines for booking of Recreation Centre for personal and other uses by the Institute employees;

The following facilities are available in the Recreation center:

1. Kitchen
2. Pantry
3. Reading Room
4. Kids Room
5. Games/Card Room
6. Restaurant
7. Pool Table Room
8. Foosball Table Room
9. Common Hall
10. Lawn area

  Utility of above said rooms;

1. Kitchen – Kitchen will be leased out to a vendor for providing breakfast, lunch and dinner in the recreation centre during regular days and for preparation of food during events/occasions. Members will not have access to this place.
2. Pantry – Pantry will be leased out to a vendor for providing snacks in the recreation centre. Members will not have access to this place during operation hours of the vendor (Ideally, the operation will be between 04:00 pm to 07:00 pm).
3. Reading Room – This room will have collection of books magazines and newspaper. All members will have access to this room.

          Members also have an option to reserve/book the whole room for personal events. Charges for the same rupees 100/-   per hour.

      4. Kids Room – This room will have collection of toys for kids below 3 to 4 years of age. All members will have access to this room.

         Members also have an option to reserve/book the whole room for personal events. Charges for the same rupees 100/- per hour.

     5. Games/Card Room – This room will have a couple of boards & card games. All members will have access to this room.    

         Members also have an option to   reserve/book the whole room for personal events. Charges for the same rupees 100/-  per hour.

     6. Restaurant – This room will be used by the kitchen vendor to serve breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. All members will have access to this room.

        Members also have an option to reserve/book the whole room for personal events. Charges for the same rupees 100/- per hour.

    7. Pool Table Room – This room will have pool table. All members will have access to this room.

        Members also have an option to reserve/book the whole room for personal events. Charges for the same rupees 100/-   per hour.

    8. Foosball Table Room – This room will have foosball table. All members will have access to this room.

        Members also have an option to reserve/book the whole room for personal events. Charges for the same rupees 100/- per hour.

    9. Common Hall - All members will have access to this room.

        Members also have an option to reserve/book the whole room for personal events. Charges for the same rupees 100/- per hour.

  10. Lawn area - All members will have access to the lawn.

       Members also have an option to reserve/book the whole room for personal events. Charges for the same rupees 100/- per hour.

This will come into force with immediate effect.
