Subject: Lodging and boarding facilities to the candidates attending the faculty presentation (part of faculty selection) at IIT Mandi- reg.

The Deans’ Committee, in its meeting held on September 17th & 22nd, 2025, vide Item No. DC-8.3.12, has approved the facility of free Lodging and boarding to the candidates attending the in-person faculty presentation (part of faculty selection) at IIT Mandi.

The facility shall be provided for a duration of the official presentation schedule, with one night before and one night after the scheduled presentation date.

The expenditure incurred for the lodging and boarding of faculty candidates shall be charged from the respective School’s/ Centre fund.
