Subject: Guest House Facility to Institute Postdoctoral Fellow (I-PDF).

The Competent Authority has approved the policy for availing Institute Guest House facility for Institute Postdoctoral Fellow as follows:

1. The Institute will provide rent free accommodation in the Institute Guest House upto a maximum of one month (subject to availability) from the date of joining  or upto the date of occupation of allotted residence in the campus, whichever is earlier.
2. HRA will not be payable for the period of free stay in the Guest House.
3. In case of stay beyond the prescribed time limit (i.e. one month), Institute Postdoctoral Fellow shall be charged as per Institute norms.
