The Competent Authority on recommendation of the Deans’ Committee in its meeting held on 03rd June, 2020, has approved the revised policy for availing Guest House facility for newly joined faculty in the Institute as follows:

a. The Institute will provide rent free one room accommodation in the Institute Guest House upto a maximum of three months or upto the date of occupation of allotted residence in the campus, whichever is earlier..

b. HRA will not be payable for the period of free stay in the Guest House.

This is in supersession of O.M. no. IIT Mandi / RO-01/2017/914-17 dated 12.05.2017.
