The Deans’ Committee in its meeting dated 03rd June, 2020 approved the constitution of the “Standing Employee Ethics Committee (SEEC)” to ascertain the facts and recommend further action in respect of violation of conduct rules (except sexual harassment which are dealt with by Committee for Complaint against Sexual Harassment), as follows:

1. Dean (Faculty) – Chairperson
2. Dean (Academics) for faculty / Registrar for staff
3. Concerned Chair of Schools / Section head
4. An expert (including from within the Institute) may be co-opted.

In case of employee being female requests for inclusion of a female member in the Committee, either Chair – Committee for Complaint against Sexual Harassment or Chair – Women’s Cell may be co-opted. This Committee is not an Enquiry Committee as per CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964.
