OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Sub: Age relaxation criteria for direct recruitment of non-teaching staff positions – reg.
The Board of Governors (BoG) in its 37th Meeting held on 10.02.2023 vide item no. 37.3.2, has approved the following:
- For direct recruitment, the relaxation in age for the staff engaged by IIT Mandi/subject to the agreement with the IIT Mandi on Contract/Outsourced/adhoc/ temporary/projects and who are educationally qualified and have rendered minimum 3 years of services at IIT Mandi will only be considered maximum upto age of 50 years.
- Their performance must be good and there should be no indiscipline or complaints regarding any Financial / Administrative irregularities against them.
This supersedes any other previous provisions w.r.t. age relaxation for recruitment of non-teaching staff.
