                                                                                                  OFFICE MEMORANDUM

In pursuance of the amendments made by the Repealing & Amendment Act, 2016 to Sections 6, 7, and 24 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, which states that the “Internal Complaints Committee” wherever it appears is now substituted with the term “Internal Committee”, the Competent Authority is pleased to partially modify Sl. No. 06 in the Office Memorandum No. IITMANDI/RO-01/2024/554-556 dated 16.10.2024 (link), wherein “Internal Complaints Committee” shall henceforth be read as “Internal Committee.”

 All other contents of the aforementioned Office Memorandum shall remain unchanged.
