Consequent upon the approval of the Director, the Group Purchase Committee (GPC) has been re-constituted as under:

Prof. Vishal Singh Chauhan, Prof. SMME                                           Chair

Concerned Section/School Head                                                          Member

AR (SRIC) for SRIC related matters/AR(S&P) for other matters       Member Secretary

The Competent Authority has expressed serious concern about the significant delay in the procurement of equipment for Research and Development (R&D).  Accordingly, the Committee is hereby advised to ensure that all attempts are made to procure the equipment within 02 months, except in exceptional cases duly justified.    

The tenure for this committee shall be 02 years from the date of issuing of the Office Memorandum unless specified otherwise or notified separately.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
