In partial modification of the Group Purchase Committee (GPC) notified vide even number O.M. dated 03.09.2021, the Deputy Registrar (F&A) shall be a member instead of Finance Officer.

Further, in partial modification of even number O.M. dated 29.09.2021, the Deputy Registrar (S&P) shall be a member instead of Registrar, where major funds of the purchase are contributed through the project/seed grant/PDF/external funding.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
