                                                                                                      NOTIFICATION

The Senate in its 46th meeting held on April 11, 2025, vide Item No. 46.2.1, has approved the proposal of releasing the HTRA Scholarship to research scholars during internships, etc.

1. The scholarship may continue to be paid to the students during the period of the internship, subject only to the condition that there is no conflict with the existing terms and guidelines of the Government of India. The Dean (Academics) shall be the final authority to resolve any ambiguity or exceptional situations in this regard.
2. The DORA is entrusted to explore the possibilities of providing such financial support to the needy students.
3. In cases where above provisions cannot cover the scholars stay expenditures during internship, the supervisor may support the needy student from his/her project funds, even if the needy student is not working on their project to the maximum possible extent within approved norms, with the approval of the Dean (SRIC).

The above provisions will only be followed in the case where absence is up to 06 Months only.
