Subject: Constitution of Committee – Write off of Unserviceable Items in Hostels.

With the approval of the Competent Authority, a Committee has been constituted to examine and recommend the write off of unserviceable items in hostels. The composition of the Committee is as follows:

The Committee shall undertake the necessary verification, prepare recommendations, and submit its report to the Dean (Students).
