The Competent Authority has been pleased to approve the constitution of the Construction Planning Committee to monitor the progress of the construction as per already finalized drawings frozen and to suggest minor modifications and to propose the requirements from utility and construction view point in new designs. The Committee consists of the following:

Superintending Engineer will interact on behalf of the Committee with the relevant agencies namely BDP, CPWD, NBCC etc. The Committee will meet at least once in a month.
