Office Memorandum
The Competent Authority has approved the following charges to cover the Institute events by Photography and Movie club under Student Gymkhana:
For Photography: The charges for photography shall be Rs 1,000/- per person per hour of photography service by the club.
For videos: The charges for recording a video clip with five (05) minutes duration after editing shall be Rs 1,500/-.
Booking Process: The intended party may seek Photography and Movie club services and shall approach the club via respective Faculty Advisor or Society Secretary.
Mode of Payment: Payment is to be made once required number of hours and desired set of photographs are delivered as per the deadline set by the concerned service seeking party. The Photography and Movie club will generate a bill for the same with the approval of the Faculty Advisor. All the charges will be collected only through bank a/c details mentioned on the bill.
The amount will go to the corpus of the Photography and Movie club and all such remaining service fees (if any) will be carried forward to next consecutive years.
Note: Photography and Movie club services shall be restricted to Institute events only. It will be the club coordinator's responsibility to oversee such services, keep the records of all the financial transactions and supply the same whenever demanded by the Dean (Students) Secretariat.
