Office Memorandum
In order to streamline the dues clearance process from students, following guidelines have been approved by the Competent Authority:
A.The students should clear all the dues in time which includes payment of institute and hostel/mess fees, clearance of fine/disciplinary action etc. Following timeline will be applicable for payment of dues:

B. The students with pending dues will be restricted to register for next semester in the registration process for each semester existing in OAS (online mode) and ‘Log-In’ process will be disabled for the students with pending dues.
C. The students who wish to avail concession in fee on the basis of income criteria as per the Institute norms must follow the following schedule for submission of requisite income certificate:

After receipt of all the requests along with valid income certificate within stipulated time, a committee consisting of representatives from Dean (Acad), Dean (Students) and Finance office will consider all the cases and recommend the list of eligible students for availing the concession in tution fee as per criteria and norms of the Institute. Other cases where correct certificates are not submitted will be required to pay the full fee without any concession.
The income certificates submitted as above will be valid for the applicable financial year. Fresh requests will not be required for the even semester. Other students who have not submitted the request and certificates initially at the starting of financial year, will not be eligible for any such concession in the following even semester. However, they may be permitted to submit the request along with the correct certificate for the next year, if otherwise eligible.
Newly joining B.Tech. first years students shall be permitted to submit the same at the time of admission and can avail the concession for applicable period.
D. The Academics office will act as the coordinating Office to receive the applications and to compile the list of defaulting students after receiving information regarding dues from the Student Secretariat and the Finance & Accounts Section. The Finance & Accounts Section will ensure that the final information is conveyed for pending dues to the OAS section. The important dates will also be conveyed by the Finance & Accounts Section to the students.
E. All other kind of concessions available (like MCM etc.) to the students should be claimed on reimbursement basis. These concessions will have no impact on the fee to be paid and they shall submit the full fee as applicable.
The above guidelines will be applicable with immediate effect.
