Office Memorandum

The following guidelines are approved by the Competent Authority for celebration of Festivals/Events by Students on campus.

1. The following 05 festivals have been approved for celebration on campus by the student community:

            (i) Diwali 

            (ii) Eid-ul-Zuha (Bakrid) or Eid-E-Milad

            (iii) Christmas 

            (iv) New year celebration 

            (v) Holi

        2. The allocation of budget for the above festivals celebration will be decided by the Hostel Affairs Secretary and he/she will be the overall organizer. 

        3. The event undertaking form attached as annexure-I, must be routed through the proper channel.

        4. All the Hostel events, General events & Gymkhana events must use the undertaking form and conduct the festivals/events celebration only after the approval of competent authority.

All Student Gymkhana Secretaries must ensure strict compliance of above guidelines for celebration of festivals/events on campus.
