Subject: Change in duty timings of night duty Hostel Caretakers - reg.
On approval of the Competent Authority, the duty timings of the night duty hostel caretakers have been changed as under:

Further, for any hostel related issue in the timing of 05:30 PM to 08:00 PM, the concerned hostel Resident Warden will take the responsibility.
In case any hostel is not having Resident Warden then the concerned hostel Warden/Assistant Warden may be contacted during the timing of 05:30 PM to 08:00 PM.
The above changes will be applicable with effect from 25.11.2024 i.e. Monday.
