Office Memorandum
Sub: Additional Responsibilities of Mess and Canteen to Hostel Wardens - reg.
Ref: Office Memorandum No. IITMandi/Students/hostels/2024-25/1471 dated 19-08-2024.
In partial modification of the aforementioned Office Memorandum (OM) and with the approval of the Competent Authority, the following Hostel Wardens have been assigned additional responsibilities.

The Hostel Warden will be the in-charge of the mess.

The Assistant Warden will be the in-charge of the canteen.
These responsibilities pertain to the management, maintenance, and official tasks related to mess and canteen operations to ensure their smooth functioning. The hostel caretakers of the respective hostels will assist in executing these responsibilities.
