In partial modification of the previous Notification No. IITMandi/Students/RMSAR/2019-2020/270 dated 28.05.2020, the married scholar apartment rent stands revised as follows.
Rent: Rs. 2,500/- per month
Licence Fee - as applicable
Water charges - as applicable
Electricity charges - as applicable
The above revision is applicable w.e.f. 1st January 2023 for all new allottees only.
