The Competent Authority has approved the following rules and guidelines to be followed during NSS Special Camp for the NSS Student Volunteers:

• Volunteers will be divided into different groups and will be alloted cooking/dining duty. The batch will interchange as per requirements. Each group will be named after freedom fighters of India.

• Activities will be conducted simultaneously and the remaining students (excluding the mess volunteers) will be divided into respective groups of students.

• A form will be circulated to invite the faculties and staff members to show their talents in cultural activities.

• The camp is mandatory for all NSS volunteers of 2021 and 2022. For Batch 2021, it's mandatory to join the whole camp and for the batch 2022 students are requested to join the camp as per enclosed list (Annexure-I).

• If any students fail to join the camp they will be imposed a fine of Rs. 5,000/- and latecomers will be imposed a fine Rs. 500/- on each occasion/per hour as per enclosed schedule (Annexure-II).

• Students are requested to follow the Student code of conduct and Hostel code of conduct.
