On approval of the Competent Authority, the Students Gymkhana is reconstituted with following Secretaries (Incharge):

The appointments of all the above secretaries is purely on a temporary basis and they will hold their respective positions till further notice in this regard.
For the effectively handling of positions, every Secretary Incharge thus appointed will abide by the following terms and conditions:
● Official e-Mail IDs will be accessible to Secretaries which they will be using as Incharge of their respective Gymkhana Society
● The Incharge Secretaries will work on their plans and their execution after receiving access to emails and approval.
● The Incharge Secretaries are allowed to attend upcoming BoA meeting or Senate.
● The Incharge Secretaries must show tangible results/outcomes to the Dean Students during their tenure.
