Title: Notification regarding constitution of committee for Technical Evaluation of Bids - Bamboo Pavilion Work
Notification
On the approval of the competent authority, the following expert Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC) has been constituted for technical evaluation of the bid received for the construction of Bamboo Pavilion at IIT Mandi.
- Dr. Rajneesh Sharma, Coordinator, IPDC - Chair
- Dr. Parmod Kumar, Associate Dean (I&S) - Member
- Dr. Thainswemong Choudhury, Assistant Professor (SCENE) - Member
- Er. Vijay Sharma, Superintending Engineer - Member Secretary
The committee shall evaluate the technical bids on the following parameters:
- Conceptual plan /proof of concept.
- Plan for completion of the project within the contractual duration.
- Mobilization and resource planning.
- Schedule for design and execution of the work.
The committee may submit its evaluation report to the Dean (Infrastructure & Services), IIT Mandi, within Ten days from the date of notification.
