The Competent Authority has approved the conduct of the one-week training programme on Ropeway Systems for Engineers, scheduled to be held from 16 February 2026 to 20 February 2026. The programme will be coordinated by Prof. Rajeev Kumar and Prof. Vishal Singh Chauhan, School of Mechanical & Materials Engineering (SMME). The programme is being conducted with financial support from the Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department (HPWD), Shimla, amounting to ₹9,59,660/-.
