विषय:  भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान मण्डी में हिन्दी कार्यशाला का आयोजन।

            राजभाषा विभाग, गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी निर्देशों के अनुपालन में यह सूचित किया जाता है, कि भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान मण्डी में कार्यरत अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के लिए हिन्दी कार्यशाला का आयोजन निम्नलिखित विवरणानुसार किया जा रहा है:

तिथि:    23.02.2026 (सोमवार)

समय:   अपराह्न 03:00 बजे से अपराह्न 04:30 बजे तक

स्थान:   हॉल-ए10-2ए, प्रथम मंजिल, उत्तरी परिसर

विषय:   राजभाषा के वार्षिक लक्ष्यों की प्राप्ति

वक्ताः   श्री दीपक कुमार शर्मा, कनिष्ठ अधीक्षक (राजभाषा)

            इस कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य कर्मचारियों को राजभाषा विभाग, गृह मंत्रालय,  भारत सरकार, द्वारा निर्धारित वार्षिक लक्ष्यों से अवगत करवाना और सभी विभागों/अनुभागों/केन्द्रों द्वारा भरे जाने वाले हिन्दी तिमाही प्रतिवेदन के आंकड़ों की प्रतिशतता में सुधार लाना है।

             इस परिपत्र को संस्थान के सभी स्कूलों, केन्द्रों, प्रयोगशालाओं, विभागों एवं अनुभागों में प्रसारित करने की कृपा करें, जिससे कि अधिकतम संख्या में कर्मचारी और अधिकारी इस कार्यशाला में भाग ले सकें।

              कार्यशाला के दौरान प्रतिभागियों के लिए अल्पाहार की भी व्यवस्था की जाएगी।

 Subject: Organizing Hindi Workshop at Indian Institute of Technology Mandi. 

            In compliance with the directives issued by the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, a Hindi workshop is being organized for the officers and employees of the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi. The details of the workshop are as follows:

           Date: 23.02.2026 (Monday)

   Timings: 03:00 PM to 04:30 PM

   Location: Hall-A10-2A, North Campus

   Subject: Achievement of the annual targets of the Official Language Program 

   Speaker: Shri Deepak Kumar Sharma, Junior Superintendent (Rajbhasha), IIT Mandi

            The objective of this workshop is to make the employees aware with the annual targets set by the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and to enhance the percentage of data in the Hindi quarterly reports submitted by all departments, sections, and centers.

             It is requested to circulate this circular to all schools, centers, laboratories, departments, divisions, and sections within the institute to ensure wide publicity. This will help in encouraging a large number of officers and employees to participate in the workshop.

             Snacks will be arranged for all the participants during workshop.
