Office Memorandum

Subject: Reconstitution of Committee – Write off of Unserviceable Items in Hostels.

Reference: Office Memorandum No. IITMandi/Students/Dso/2025-26/724 dated 08-01-2026

In partial modification of Office Memorandum No. IITMandi/Students/Dso/2025-26/724 dated 08 January 2026, Prof. Akhilanand Pati Tiwari is hereby appointed as Chairperson of the Committee constituted for the write-off of unserviceable items in hostels, in place of Prof. Hari Varma.

The reconstituted Committee shall consist of the following members:

• Prof.Akhilanand Pati Tiwari                                           Chairperson

• Dr. Radhe Shyam Sharma                                             Member

• Dr. Indu Bala                                                                  Member

• Mr. Gaurav katoch                                                         Member

• Mr. Arun Kumar Member                                              Secretary

The Committee shall undertake the necessary verification of unserviceable items, prepare its recommendations, and submit the report to the Dean (Students).

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
