NOTIFICATION

This  is  to  notify  that henceforth,  funds   allocation  and   its  expenditure  towards SEED   grant  &  internal projects  of the   institute  will  be managed  by  the  F&A Section. Further, following mechanism will be followed in this regard: -

1.   All the SEED grant & internal projects will be notified by SRIC section with their administrative control.

2.  The procurement procedures will be managed at SRIC's end as per existing guidelines. After completion of the above procedure, the bills will be routed to audit section through S&P   section ensuring CSR formalities. Post audit clearance remittance(s) will be finally processed at F&A's end.

3.  Salary of project staff engaged in internally funded projects will be managed by the F&A post approval of the PI.

This notification will supersede all earlier guidelines notified in this regard.
